Hello EUROAVIAns! We would like to present to you some of the events we organized for our members during the first part of the academic year.
On Saturday November 26th, EUROAVIA Pisa in collaboration with the EUROAVIA Training System (ETS) working group, organized a training event on soft skills. Throughout the afternoon, the participants (16 students of our AS) had the opportunity to deepen on topics related to Team Building and Project Management, allowing them to become familiar with new concepts and methods used to manage group dynamics during the design phase in engineering projects.
The Affiliated Society of EUROAVIA located in Lisbon, Portugal, AS Lisboa (commonly called AeroTéc as well) is home to various different student projects, which continue to work and develop innovative ideas in different areas related to Aerospace engineering. ATLAS is a new project of AS Lisboa born from the merging of two projects: UAV-ART and Olissipo Air Team, therefore, gathering the avionics and aeronautical components of both. ATLAS participates in two international competitions (Air Cargo Challenge and New Flying Competition). On top of that, the project also develops integrated solutions for forest fire monitorization, starting from the design and construction of the aircraft until the full integration of deep-learning algorithms for fire detection.
As a teambuilding event and to quench our thirst for planes and airport atmosphere, we as members of EUROAVIA Dresden travelled from Dresden to Frankfurt on the weekend of 21.01. and 22.01.2023. Our trip started early, as we had to catch the first ICE train heading west to make our first programme item at 1 pm.
Hello EUROAVIAns!
This month was full of fun with three unique events with a lot of people, we met some experts from the aviation sector, talked a little bit about space, and conducted a meeting for AS Kocaeli.
Hello EUROAVIAns! Here you have a summary of some events that took place in the first part of the academic year.
Dear EUROAVIAns,
This month has been full of activities for EUROAVIA Forlì-Bologna. After having seen the launch of Artemis I together in November and having presented the ASRW 2023 to the new members, we proceeded with new exciting activities in December.
Hello, fellow EUROAVIAns!
First and foremost, our little family would like to wish you all the happiest of holidays. As 2022 is reaching its end, we find ourselves reflecting on the past year and those who made it this great. It has been quite a year for us all! We hope it has been just as memorable for you, your team, and your loved ones. So, from our Local Group to yours, we wish you a bright and prosperous New Year!
As we approach the end of 2022, we would like to present to you what we did from the beginning of the Business Year 2022-2023 until now.
The beginning of December was a busy period for the EUROAVIA members who attended the Formation Workshop (FoWo) held in Cluj-Napoca. Participants from 8 affiliated societies came together to attend work-life balance workshops, but also to experience the student life in Cluj. For 6 days, both the participants and volunteers attended the workshops held by Andrea Curatolo, our amazing EUROAVIA trainer from ETS, and returned home with more knowledge on topics such as Public speaking, Project management, Time management, and many others.
From November 18th to 20th, 2022, AS Aachen hosted the second EUROAVIA Germany Event.
Hello, fellow EUROAVIAns!
We are finally back in full power: now that the AMEAC chapter is officially over, we cannot wait for the beginning of many others!
