All EUROAVIA members can have a euroavia.eu e-mail account, if they are International Board / Working Group members or Local Board Members of EUROAVIA.
If you would like to have an euroavia.eu account and the requirements above do not fulfill for you, please state clearly why would you like to have an account.
The euroavia.eu e-mail accounts use the Microsoft Office365 and Sharepoint systems, provided by the Microsoft Office365 for Students Licences.
How to request an account for you (or your LG or WG members):
- Go to the EUROAVIA Helpdesk and open a new ticket.
- Ask for the making of a new Office365 account. For this please provide the following information:
Mandatory: Name and surname, personal e-mail address, AS of member, purpose for having an euroavia.eu account (new requirement)
Optional: International WGs member is part of - Send the ticket. The IT Helpdesk will send you a confirmation when the account is ready. The person for which the account is created will receive the credentials personally. The person will be automatically added to the working group distribution list is part of, and local group on request of the local board of the member is part of.
Note: All euroavia.eu accounts have the form This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). For group addresses we have distribution lists.
