The new year began with an exciting excursion to the ‘‘Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik‘‘ (DLR) in Lampoldshausen. On Tuesday, January 31, 2023, we departed early in the morning at 7:30 am from the Stuttgart Vaihingen campus in carpool groups, heading towards the Lampoldshausen facility, which is renowned throughout Europe for its unique and state-of-the-art rocket engine test stands. After an hour's drive, our group of ten participants gathered at the entrance of the main building, ready for our guided tour.
On January 13th, 2023, EUROAVIA Rzeszów organized a meeting for students from Rzeszow University of Technology with representatives of Boeing Poland, who represented the Software Engineering department. It was a unique event that allowed students to learn about the practical applications of the latest technologies in the aviation sector and the possible development in one of the largest and most reputable aerospace companies in the world.
